Then you start thinking...enjoying the after-fuked mood. Dont chase it away! Feelings are there to help you trough..dont avoid them,accept them. You feel like crying? then cry. Put nice music on,light a sig(or dont if you dont smoke) and just relax.
Personally...i had the WORSE day ever....my umbrella broke cuz of the stupid wind...and i was all soaking ...really,my mum n dad dont talk to me cuz im"irresponsable" and Im a terrible kid,one of my best friend told me that im anorexic and shes not gona talk to me nemore if i cotinue not eating(bullshit),then i got controlled my the metro ppl..and got 76euro to pay( cuz i lost the stupid ticket)
